Jointline are proud to support its staff's well-being, especially during Stress Awareness Month.

Stress is something that can affect us all, regardless of our roles or responsibilities. It can arise from many sources, including work, relationships, financial pressures, and health concerns. Therefore, it's crucial to have resources and support available to those who need them.

At Jointline, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. That's why we have taken steps to ensure that our staff can access the support they need. Our employee assistance program (EAP) provides confidential counselling and guidance for those who may be experiencing stress or other mental health issues. We also have Mental Health First Aiders trained to offer support and signposting for those in need.

Our commitment to supporting our employees' well-being extends beyond just providing resources. We believe that promoting a culture of openness and understanding about mental health is essential in reducing the stigma associated with it. That's why we offer mental health and red flag training to our staff, so they can identify and manage any potential issues that may arise.

Additionally, we know that promoting physical health is also essential in maintaining overall well-being. That's why we offer a range of health services to our staff though our Westfield Health scheme, including GP, physiotherapy, osteopathy, and chiropractic treatments. Plus, we offer discounts on gym memberships, so our staff can stay active and healthy.

We also recognise the importance of balancing work and personal life. We believe that flexible working hours and supportive work environments are essential for maintaining staff well-being. By offering a range of resources and support services, we aim to create a positive and healthy workplace culture, where staff feel valued and supported.
