An effective Principal Contractor is the key to the successful delivery of any project. At Jointline we are more than qualified to act as your Principal Contractor for any works that you might have planned.  We have many years of experience and success in;

2. Managing through all project works and effectively co-ordinating specialist sub-contractors
3. Monitoring, reviewing and revising the plan and works as they progresses to ensure that all work is being carried out to a high standard and well within the health and safety guidelines for the project.
4. Co-ordinating Health and Safety with CDM guidelines to provide a secure site, ensure that welfare facilities are provided to the appropriate standard, and that any workers or visitors to the site have the proper inductions regarding safety and on-site rules and regulations.
