Jointline has successfully completed a substantial line marking project for EMCOR UK at a large British Sugar manufacturing plant renowned for its continuous heavy-duty traffic. The undertaking was both challenging and crucial, reflecting the company's commitment to enhancing on-site safety and efficiency.

The project involved the installation of 40 zebra crossings and 7 lorry bays. These new demarcations now serve a dual purpose: guiding drivers clearly to their destinations and providing safe crossing points for pedestrians. The impact on the daily operations of the plant has been immediate and positive.

A key feature of the project was the utilisation of an MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) paint system, a material known for its quick curing time. This choice allowed the site to return to normal service shortly after application, minimising disruption to the plant's demanding schedule.

The extreme durability of the MMA paint system makes it an ideal choice for use in areas where extreme wear is expected, such as roundabouts, junctions, zebra crossings, and heavily trafficked roads. Its versatility in application, whether by hand or machine, adds to its appeal, making it a preferred choice for challenging environments.

The successful completion of this project underscores Jointline's role in adopting and implementing modern solutions in the field of road marking. By leveraging advanced materials and techniques, Jointline continues to contribute to the industry's ongoing evolution.

The successful completion of this project serves as a testament to what can be achieved with the right combination of technology, skill, and vision. It's not just about painting lines on the road; it's about engineering solutions that drive the future of transportation infrastructure.
