Mental Health Awareness Week is an important event that celebrates the progress that has been made in the fight against mental health issues in the UK. Throughout the week, there are opportunities for the whole of the UK to focus on educating themselves and others about the importance of good mental health. This year's Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 09 - 15th May.

Mental health can be a tricky topic to talk about, but it's something that everyone should be aware of. That's why Jointline are proud to support several initiatives and provide our staff with mental health and red flag training. This training helps staff identify and cope with mental health issues before they get too serious. Plus, we have an EAP available to help our staff in times of need. Jointline prides itself on being a flexible and accommodating employer, we believe that our employees should be able to balance their work and personal lives to the best of their abilities, and flexible working hours are some of the ways that we make that possible.

We also know that having good health is essential for a happy and healthy life. That's why we offer a wide range of health services, including physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic treatments, and more. Plus, we offer all staff significant discounts on gym memberships, so they can stay active and fit no matter what.

We hope that by providing these resources, we can create a balanced, healthy and more productive workplace.
