Jointline Supports the RSMA Awards 2022

Congratulations to all the winners of the RSMA Awards! These prestigious annual awards celebrate the incredible people, projects, innovations, and initiatives of the road marking industry, and this year's winners are certainly worthy recipients.

Jointline were proud support the event by sponsoring the RSMA Employee of the Year award! This prestigious title is bestowed upon an individual for their outstanding performance throughout the year, and their consistently outstanding level of performance above that of their peers.

Gary Massey, Jointline Construction Director, presented the award to Kirstie Rawlinson of Star Uretech. Despite business reducing by 75% throughout the Covid 19 pandemic, Kirstie worked tirelessly to ensure that 12 months of work to trial a new product was not in vain. Whilst working from home she pushed ahead with the project, juggling home-schooling, to ensure that the product trials were completed successfully. It is not an exaggeration to say that as a result of Kirstie’s dedication to both her employer and her colleagues many contracts were secured and indeed at the time the immediate future of the company.

Gary added “It was an honour to support the RSMA and present the award to Kirstie, her dedication and resolve displayed a commitment that stood out above all others and helped Star Uretech through what was a difficult period for many in our industry. Kirstie displayed all the attributes of what makes an employee not only a valued member of staff but also an ambassador for her employer.”
