RAF Coningsby

Jointline were instructed to replace 104no, 4m x 4m concrete slabs at RAF Coningsby. The works consisted of the breaking out and removal of the existing concrete pads, then recasting the new concrete surface to site specification, including adjustment of ironwork and earthing pits to facilitate.

Expansion joints were then installed using fuel resistant material, along with the refreshing of the line marking.

The total area was in excess of 530m3.

All works were completed in normal working hours, working around the RAF Flying schedule.
