Contracts Supervisor - Norfolk

Due to continued growth of Jointline’s Highways division, and a healthy order book, Jointline are looking for a Line Marking Contracts Supervisor to be part of an expanding team, at our Bittering depot in Norfolk. On offer is the experience to be working on various highways schemes to stretch your skills and develop your career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your role will be supervising and auditing our workforce and sub-contractors on site, ensuring quality and safety in the delivery of schemes. Communicating with our clients, preparing RAMS, preparing job packs for the crews, and also but not limited to:

  • Programming of road marking, studding and surface treatment crews
  • Undertaking pre and post site measurements
  • Undertaking and preparing site surveys prior to new asphalt/surface dressing schemes
  • Pre-marking of sites prior to arrival of crews
  • Responsible for on-site Health & Safety including Sub-Contractors
  • Undertaking site visits on projects for new or existing clients
  • Monthly stock control checks
  • Ordering of materials
  • Attending pre-start contract meetings

The right candidate must demonstrate operational experience in a similar role, hold a full driving licence, and have at least an NVQ L2, in either Road Pavement Markings or HFS installation. A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferrable.
