A Jointline employee is preparing to climb Ben Nevis alongside his friend, June, to raise funds for Andy's Man Club; supporting the charity's work to improve men's mental health and provide free peer-to-peer support groups across the UK.
Craig and June will take on the ascent of the UK's highest mountain as part of their fundraising efforts, combining their shared passion for the outdoors with a cause that holds deep personal significance.
The pair have developed a love for hiking together, recently completing Snowdon for the second time this year. Having successfully taken on previous challenges, they have now set their sights on Ben Nevis, standing 1,345 metres above sea level.
Craig chose to support Andy's Man Club because of his own experiences and the impact mental health has had on those closest to him. Together, they hope their challenge will not only raise valuable funds but also encourage greater awareness of men's mental health and the importance of seeking support when it is needed.
Andy's Man Club provides free, confidential peer-to-peer support groups for men aged 18 and over, creating safe spaces where they can openly discuss their mental health without judgement.
